Refund and Returns Policy

At ACTS Electrics, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please read our Return and Refund Policy carefully to understand your rights and our procedures.
1. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.
- The return request must be made within 7 days of receiving the item.
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) must be provided.
Certain items may not be eligible for return, including:
- Used or damaged items not caused by us
- Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-returnable”
- Customized or specially ordered products
- Electrical items that have been installed, altered, or tampered with
2. Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Contact us at support@actselectrics.com with your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason.
- Wait for return authorization and instructions from our customer support team.
- Pack the item securely and ship it back to the address provided in our response.
Note: You will be responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or defective item sent).
3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved:
- A full or partial refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.
- Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
4. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product:
- Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.
- We will investigate and offer a replacement, exchange, or refund as appropriate.
5. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, please contact us first at support@actselectrics.com.
6. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of placing them if they have not yet been processed or shipped. After this period, you may need to follow the return process.
